How Long Will it Take To Get my Item?
Please allow 7-14 days of creation before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.
Customer Returns:
Unfortunately, Darling by JR has a no refund/cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered the creation process has already begun. Each piece is handmade by the designer and its creation has begun the moment your order has been processed. If you have any concerns about your item please email us at darlingbyjr@gmail.com and the designer will fulfill your concerns.
Damages?
Please email darlingbyjr@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no, Darling by JR does not ship internationally yet.
How can I track my Package(s)?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for re-postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email darlingbyjr@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
What if my package is lost?
Darling Thriftique is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Although fashion jewelry is very affordable, it's always a good idea to treat it more carefully than your fine jewelry. Base metals and their plating tend to be more delicate in nature, but by following a few simple tips you'll be able to enjoy your Darling by JR jewelry from season to season.
Try to avoid contact with chemicals and moisture to keep your jewelry in mint condition. If your jewelry comes into contact with water, we recommend that you dry it with a soft cloth or tissue, as moisture can damage surfaces and cause them to tarnish.
